My husband and I have a lot in common, but there are a lot of things that we don’t, as well. He loves to cook, and I would rather eat out. I love to swim, but he would rather lift weights. We both love to watch sunsets, but he would rather do it on the beach while I am happy seeing one from my front porch. Even with our differences, we were able to look at luxury apartments for rent in South Charlotte NC and find one that we both really liked, even with our different tastes.

The very first thing he looked at was the kitchen. I have to admit that it is beautiful with its granite counters and gorgeous cupboards. I was more concerned about pizza places close by that deliver while he was excited about the gourmet pantry that is part of the kitchen. The swimming pool is a salt water one, and there are plenty of cabana spaces around it too. He smiled at my excitement for it, just as I smiled at his for the state of the art fitness center. We will both be able to do our own thing just a minute’s walk out our front door.

While his favorite part of the apartment is definitely the kitchen, mine is the balcony. The view from it is breathtaking, and I love sitting out there just lost in thought as I watch the sun setting. There is so much more to this complex, and we are still discovering things not only here but close by too. The location could not be more perfect because anything we could possibly need is either a short walk or a quick drive away. We found the perfect place to live where neither of us had to compromise what we wanted, and I have a feeling we will be here a very long time.
